We understand that there may be situations where customers may need to return or exchange a purchased product.
This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and exchanges may be accepted for products purchased through our website www.satipolymer.com.
Customers may request a return or exchange of a product within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following circumstances:
The product received is damaged
The product received has a manufacturing defect
The wrong item has been delivered
The product received does not match the description on the website

Be unused and unwashed
Be in its original condition
Have original tags intact
Be returned in original packaging

Clearance or sale items
Products damaged due to misuse by the customer

Customers are required to provide:

Reason for return or exchange

All returned products will undergo a quality inspection once received by SATI POLYMER PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED.

In case of approved returns:

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase
Shipping charges and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect product delivered by the Company.
In case of an approved exchange request:

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
