SATI POLYMER PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) aims to provide high quality textile products including women’s wear, men’s wear, kids wear, fabrics and other related items. We understand that there may be situations where customers may need to return or exchange a purchased product.

This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and exchanges may be accepted for products purchased through our website www.satipolymer.com.



1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange of a product within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received has a manufacturing defect

  • The wrong item has been delivered

  • The product received does not match the description on the website

Requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.



2. Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Be in its original condition

  • Have original tags intact

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Be accompanied by the purchase invoice or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.



3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Products that have been used or washed

  • Customized or altered textile products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer

  • Fabric materials that have been cut or altered after delivery



4. Return and Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange request, customers must contact our support team through the official website contact form or registered support email address within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are required to provide:

  • Order number

  • Product details

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Supporting images of the product showing the defect or damage

Upon receiving the request, our team will review the details and confirm whether the return or exchange request is approved.



5. Inspection and Approval

All returned products will undergo a quality inspection once received by SATI POLYMER PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Approval of refund or exchange shall be subject to verification and inspection of the returned product. The Company reserves the right to reject the return request if the product does not meet the required conditions.



6. Refund Policy

In case of approved returns:

  • Refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after successful inspection

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase

Shipping charges and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect product delivered by the Company.



7. Exchange Policy

In case of an approved exchange request:

  • Replacement will be processed subject to product availability

  • If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued

Exchange shipping charges may be applicable depending on the nature of the request.



8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
